My artwork is designed to reflect the beauty of nature and complement your garden setting. Each piece is individually hand crafted and is a unique piece of art. I am a Canadian native who relocated to the northwest 18 years ago. I consider myself lucky to live in an area with so many gardening enthusiasts. In my spare time I like to spend time with my dogs digging in the dirt and finding new additions to my home garden. I have been trained by world reknowned glass artisans at Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood, WA and Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle, WA. I create my art at my glass studio and gallery located in Mukilteo, WA.
Our Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Glass Gardens purchases. If you receive any item that you are not totally satisfied with you are welcome to return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit or replacement.
If you received a broken or incorrect item, you should first contact me at barbara@glassgardensnw.com or call (206)579-4185. The original item, complete with all packaging must be returned to me within 10 days of receipt. Items returned after this date will not be honored. You are responsible for repacking and insuring the package(s). I am not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. You will be reimbursed the original cost of shipping on the returned item. After receipt of your returned item I will either ship a replacement item or issue a refund within 3 days of our receipt.
Items returned because of an incorrect mailing or shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee and original shipping will not be refunded.
Shipping
I will be shipping your package within 7 business days of receipt and payment of your order. I ship all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Service. This means you will receive your package within 3 days of shipping and I can also ship to P.O. Boxes.
